They are light in special weight, soft, elastic, stable, easy to be processed, energy-saving etc. The application field ranges from electronic & electric industry, daily necessary industry, motor stators and rotators, family education, printing and decoration etc. The size, shape and magnetization pattern can be manufactured according to user's need.

Flexible Magnetic
Sheeting
Flexible Magnetic Sheeting is produced with calendar process. It is normally used in office appliance, advertising, checking and testing meters etc. According to its magnetization method, it is divided into penetration magnetization and surface magnetization. The maximum width we can make is 1000mm, and the thickness is from 0.25-10mm. The pole pitch for thickness below 0.5mm is 2mm, for thickness 0.5 mm-1mm, the pole pitch is 2.5mm -3mm, if the thickness exceed 1mm, the pole pitch is 4mm - 5mm.
The magnetic sheet can be covered with chrome paper or white PVC film, then printed with the fine and exquisite patterns. It can be die-cut into various shapes of the fine and exquisite refrigerator magnet. It is mainly used in the advertising propagation, gift promotion, children' cartoon toys etc.
